The main difference between a CNC milling machine and a conventional laser cutting machine is the ability to accurately control the depth of cut, which means the ability to make 3D models and shapes. In addition, since the CNC milling machine cuts the material by physical rubbing, not by a laser beam, this means that metal and thicker materials can also be cut successfully. As with our laser cutting machines, these machines come with everything you need to start milling as soon as the installation team leaves. All our equipment meets European safety and quality standards!
Standard series milling machines
The first milling machine added is LM 300Cwith a working area of 300x400x60mm. The milling machine is compact and fast to handle even more complex work in a small area. The bench is built with a strong iron construction and the bench uses a screw transmission. The spindle is an 850W bristle milling cutter.
The second bench is LM 600Cwith a working area of 600x850x90. The bench uses the same components as its smaller brother. Both benches use high-quality NEMA23 2A motors, which ensure accuracy and high speed.
PRO series milling machine
The third bench is the PRO category bench LMP 1000C, which has the same working area as the LM 600C bench, 600x850x90mm, but uses a 3 - phase brushless milling cutter with 2.2 phases. In addition, this bench is built using a ball screw transmission, which makes the machine particularly accurate. The spindle is quiet, air-cooled and has an umbrella and can use ER16 up to 10mm bits.
All milling machine kits also include transport, installation, CAD / CAM software, drawing software, control computer, milling blades, 2-year warranty (except for 3 months per spindle) and training, which makes getting started especially easy.
