Service Level Agreement (SLA) FOR INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS |
The Lasermeister service level agreement guarantees response times to equipment breakdowns and provides the laser bench owner with the same level of service as for a bench covered by the Lasermeister warranty. The cost of the service level agreement includes the optimal amount of regular maintenance, corresponding to the load of the benches.
In addition to preventive maintenance, the service level agreement regulates the confidentiality requirements between the customer and the service provider and ensures certainty in the provision of the service.
